5 Years and Counting
Its hard to believe that our 5th year has come to an end. We created a good relationship with the Chester County Food Bank and have helped them decorate the boxes that they use to deliver food to the local senior citizens. One recipient was quoted, "when we receive boxes that are painted, its like receiving a gift, not a handout!"

Our First Year!
How great it was! We began our year with the main goal to raised money for the society. We accomplished that with an awesome cupcake sale! The students also came up with the idea to do face painting during the school wide, evening art show. Yet another successful fundraiser!
Our second goal was to give back to our students, which we were able to do in the form of YAW. YAW is short for the Young Artist Workshop, that was created by former student and NAHS President, Christeyn Fremont. Christeyn wanted to study Art Education in college, and what better way to prepare for such a task then creating lessons and teaching them to our aftercare kids.
We ended the year with the official induction of 11 students; 9 seniors and 2 juniors. These awesome students, also decided to leave the school a gift of an Adirondack loveseat, which they graciously signed.
